Crown Property Management, LLC is a management company solely focused on Homeowners’ Association Management. As a new company, we are always looking for clients we can serve across the Des Moines metropolitan area. How do I get to my ledger, where does it show my balance?

Follow the link on the home page for your portal login. Once logged in, click payments then view the ledger.

How do I change my bank account information?

Once you log into your portal on the main page of our website you will click payments and then edit payment information in the top right hand corner of the screen.

How do I reset my password in AppFolio?

When logging into your portal, if you are unable to remember your password you may click the forgot password link and it will send you a link to reset your password. If this does not work for any reason you may contact us and we can do an auto delete of your account. In doing this it will delete any saved bank information or auto pays you have set up. Once you are logged back in you will need to set up any auto pays again.

How do I cancel my auto pay?

There are two ways to complete this, you may use the above information to log into your payment information and instead of editing you may click delete payment or you may call us and we can do this for you.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

After logging into your portal from the main website page you will click maintenance on the left side taskbar and you may submit your maintenance request details. Once submitted through the portal, these are sent directly to the manager of your HOA.

Where can I find my governing documents or HOA financial packets?

Through the portal log In on the main page. Once you are logged in, you will see shared documents. This is where you will find all documents for your HOA (ByLaws, Declarations, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations, Meeting Minutes, Homeowner Financial Packets, etc).
